Which is the model number? So many numbers!

I'm guessing it was made in June 1999.
The fuel filter was loose in the tank. The end of the fuel line or filter broke apart. And the primer bulb is petrified. So I'm looking to replace the bulb and fuel lines. Anything else I should do? I haven't run this in about 5 years.
