the engine is a briggs 286707 can someone tell me if it has a mauel or auto choke system ? if i have a lever near the driving control does that mean its manuel choke ? i was playing around near the solenoid and i might have disengaged the lever on the choke cable it doesnt work now

Found the manual for that model mower, it appears to have the choke and throttle in 1, choke is the throttle lever all the way up. And by solenoid do you mean the starter solenoid?

yes staeter solenoid

I had to take the whole steering wheel apart as well and i think i might have bent or unhooked the throttle cable
