i hate autochoke

i have a briggs and stratton engine that the autochoke keeps screwing up on. i want to retrofit a primer bulb to it but i cant figure out what carb and air cleaner base to use. does anybody know any specifics for that? the model number for the engine is 111p05-0008-f1

There could be other similar engines, but none of the 111p05 engine series uses a primer.
