Hyundai HYM51SPE, 190cc mower with electric start

How do I remove the flywheel from the engine to access the starter bolts? I have removed the three countersunk screw bolts on the flywheel, I assume that I will need pullers to pull the wheel off!

Put a pry bar under the flywheel and try to force the flywheel off ( 2 is better if you have a helper ) .
replace the nut on the shaft ( or bolt depending upon the fitting ) 1 to 2 threads short of tight.
Smack the shaft with the biggest hammer you can find.
The flywheel is on a taper and you need to break it free. Once freed you can just pull it off with your fingers.
