Hydraulic pump pulley alingment on Woods f21d

I have a woods f21d mower with 61” deck. One of the hydraulic drive belts fell off and when I get it back on it keeps falling off. I noticed one of the pulleys on the hydraulic pump is about 1/4-3/8” out of line with the other hydraulic pulley, the idler pulley and the pulley coming off the engine. My question is, how do I adjust the pulley in or out on the shaft from the hydraulic pump?
 
According to IPL they are on the side of the center hub so they can grip the pump motor shaft.
