I've replaced the PTO switch and clutch. It would work intermittently for a while. Sometimes if I did the Arthur Fonzarelli on the instrument panel, but now it is not working at all. Again, new clutch and PTO switch.

Check the wire terminals themselves. IFthey are Packard F56 terminals which most are spring hinge on the terminal breaks and the terminal looses contact. And don't forget to check the one at the ignition switch too.
