Hustler Super Z Model 927285

My Hustler blades won't engage. I've replaced the PTO switch and get a click at the clutch but it won't engage the blades. I installed a new belt and everything on the deck look good. Is it possible the clutch is bad? I'd appreciate any ideas of what to look at next.

Thanks, Jerry

Do you have any weight on the seat while trying to engage the clutch?

Also need to test your voltage going to clutch. It should be battery voltage at WOT.
