I have a 19 Super 104. Just rolled 400hrs. Has the Vanguard 37 Big Block. Mowing beast. Same hills, no issues last season. 3rd time mowing this year and Im noticing it bog down going up slight inclines. To the point, if I were to throw the levers all the way forward, it would die. I have to pull them back and let the rpm's catch up a bit. I have tuneup kit on the way. Oil filter and oil, plugs and air cleaner. Anything else anyone can think of??
First thing that comes to mind is, check to see if it is running on both cylinders. I’ve only worked on one of those engines and I hope someone else will provide more suggestions. Don’t get discouraged, it may take a day or two.
