Husqvarna zero turn Z246 - "spring, deck belt" came off.
I scalped a ridge on my lawn and the mover blades stopped turning. I found a large spring on the ground, I am fairly certain it is the part called "spring, deck belt". Also the belt is now very loose. I am trying to understand where the spring attaches (the parts diagram does not show attachment points) and then figure out how to re-install it. If you have a picture or can describe it would be very much appreciated.
In another thread about belt tensioning Eggbert posted a diagram for a YTH24V42LS. Anyone know if the spring placement/Attachment on the Z246 zero turn mower is the same or similar to the YTH24V42LS shown in this attachment?

There is a couple versions of the deck setup on the Z246 series.
Thanks Star Tech, your sketch is very helpful. When I get back to my house I will dive in and check the mower for which layout it might be. Then I can attack the bigger problem of how to reinstall the spring.
