Husqvarna R214TC carburettor problem

I have a husqvarna R214TC 18 months old and 90 hours on clock that I bought new. Are the carbs known to give trouble. Engine runs fine for a while then loses power (revving up/down), sometimes it recovers and works fine.petrol and filter are fine

99% of the time when some one tells me that & I hook up my temporary alternative tank, the problem goes away because the customers thank is full of grass clippings that block of the fuel outlet .
