Husqvarna High Wheel Weed Wacker. String wont stay on......

Okay I tried it here and it won't work as I thought it would.

At least the new heads here holds the square line pretty darn tight. And the line I have here is .1505 per the caliper. Might be time to replace the head. Getting it off can be a pain due to rust.

I guess I could try the square line as mine is smooth and round. I like the square line, I have it on my hand held weed eaters. It seems to hold up better and cuts with the edges. I did not think about that type, it might hold and cheaper then 2 new heads.

OK, so far so good, I did some Google searches and found some wild square line with teeth. I got a small roll to try. Well I got it put on and turned my Wife loose on it, If it was going to be short lived and fly off it would be with her. After a hour she ran out of gas and short on line.
