Repairs Husqvarna HD775HW Will Not Start With Auto Choke, help!

Hi Everyone.

I have a fairly new Husqvarna HD775HW, It has a 775EX Briggs and Stratton Engine and a 591137 Carb with Auto Choke. The mower will not start unless I spray starter fluid in the carb, once running it runs perfect. it has a good gasket for the air tube, a new spark plug, fuel, super clean carb, and all the springs and choke hooked up correctly.

I have run out of ideas besides replacing the carb, any help or ideas would be appreciated.

Did you check and set the float level when you cleaned the carb. Should be slightly rich.
