Husqvarna & Ariens Part Numbers

I've seen this on my search but were not answered or were confusing. My Ariens manual shows both Husqvarna and Ariens part numbers for a part, with Husqvarna #'s listed first. i.e. I need an Ariens Draglink for my tractor, the manual shows "MFG No." 5321947-41 and "Ariens Part No." 21546338. My question is are they the same part? Can I order either part number and get the same part?

They appears to be the same. It just you will pay double for the one with the Ariens PN.

That's what I thought also. I just didn't want to buy the Husqvarna and find I was wrong. A second opinion makes me feel more confident. A third opinion wouldn't hurt either. >

Thank you both, I just ordered both sides because the price was so reasonable - so much less than I expected. Husqvarna part since it was half the price as the Ariens part.
