I have this riding mower that won’t move but it will catch a little bit every once in a while. I’m pretty sure it’s not the belt, not the pulleys, the manual move lever is pushed in so it can drive. I really can’t figure out what is the problem. Help appreciated.

Pretty basic but there should be two zinc coated levers on the rear that disengage the drive to allow you to move the mower without power. Check to ensure they're both pushed in. If they're OK ensure the belt is spinning the back pulley by having a friend observe it when you try to drive. Good luck.
