Huskee Supreme SLT 4200 Choke Location?

I recently purchased a Huskee Supreme SLT 4200 at an auction. It does not seem to want to crank and I am sure it may require choking. However, I cannot seem to find or understand the choking process on this mower. Can someone help direct me?
