Hu800awdh wobbly rear wheels

My wheels have pressed in wheel bearings. Can just the bearings be replaced or do the wheels need replacing?
If the bearings can be replaced, how would I do it? What tools would I need. Bearings seem to be in there pretty tight.

I think the wheel assembly has to be replaced. They do not show the bearing separate.

Yea, thanks. Stevessmallenginesaloon.com shows a fix but it's for wheels without the bearing.
