HRX21HXA Transmission Belt Replacement

Having issue with removal of discharge plate so that I can replace the belt on my 7 year old Honda HRX21HXA mower

It appears to be a attached to rail with a sliding opening slot but not access able via a bolt I can screw off


Can anyone help?

Honda Power Equipment HRX217 HXA TRANSMISSION (2) | CyclePartsNation Honda Parts Nation you should be able to remove blades only to access belt for replacement, be sure to turn fuel valve off, remove spark plug wire for safety, tilt mower on its side with carburetor side up, pull belt to topside if transmission pulley & rotate off. You're quite welcome, new belt will go on same way, rotate on.
