My left rear adjuster has become almost impossible to move. The other three wheels work fine. I have to adjust between 2nd lowest and 2nd highest. Are there any parts I should have on hand before disassembly or is just a good cleaning and possibly lubrication all that is usually needed?

I'm working on disassembling the wheel and adjuster. Hoping that cleaning everything up good will take care of the problem. I'm down to the stage where it's time to remove the left rear wheel support. It will not budge as far as sliding off the shaft. It will rotate some with a lot of force. I'm soaking it good now with Deep Creep. I want to get the adjuster off and clean the contact areas good. Am I on the right track?

Sounds like you are on the right track, debris gets in and then rust accumulates. Keep soaking and working it good.

Success! Used steel wool and brass toothbrush to clean the corrosion off the axle. Put some heat on t he adjuster and was finally able t o lever it off with a couple screwdrivers. Cleaned everything up good. Put a little grease inside the bushing that rides on the axle, cleaned off the excess so dirt won't accumulate. Reassembled and I think it works better than new now. Thanks for the advice
