had the mower for 2 years almost to the day and all of a sudden the self propelled mechanism is just not working at all, no pull whatsoever. I tried adjusting the bolt/nut but that's yielded no results. I don't have as much experience disassembling the mower to verify if the smart drive cable is or is not attached and can't seem to find a direct answer anywhere online as to how exactly to diagnose this myself. Any information would be greatly apperciated and like i said i think i should be well within the 3-year warranty.

I'm trying to determine whether or not this something I can diagnose and/or treat/fix myself that's why I'm looking for information as to what to do myself. Are you stating that it's currently covered under warranty? I couldn't find a way to check the serial number to ensure it's covered...i know it's within 3 years but i honestly can't remember if i ever registered it...i'm hoping that won't matter regardless.
