I just HR215 Masters lawnmower and transmission engaging but not pull the lawnmower forward
Any ideas what is wrong or need to be adjust?

Remove rear wheels & inspect ratchets, keep parts together as left & right sides are different. Is your mower an HR215SXA?

Thank you for reply, i did check on the left & right wheels and still not find any thing wrong with them
just when engaging transmission and both wheels spinning but when i hold one of the wheel and it was not fully engage
and the shaft is not turning.

have you tried adjusting clutch cable?
