How to remove plastic pulley from spindle

We just purchased a "returned" lawn Dewalt 40V mower from Lowes because the charger was missing. Wrong. The inside pulley is warped and jacked up. Now we cannot remove the pulley from the spindle! Where can I purchase the entire assembly so I don't have to reassemble? Help! Here's photos.

Surely somebody at Lowe's should know.or contact dewalt. That's what I would do.
