How to attach bike handle?

I just bought a stihl FS 94 C Brush cutter. Looks sweet!
As it was delivered the bike handle is not attached. Anyone know how to do this?

Hi, thanks for that. I managed to do it the other day. The handles were unattached and I had to adjust it and secure it myself while putting on the strimmer and tweaking it as I went! Pretty awkward but I got there!
