procedures to set valves on these particular engines ....

1. Be sure to have the correct clearance setting for YOUR own particular eng.

2. It is NOT necessary to remove the FRONT flywheel shroud , ......... just the carb. & top cylinder covers

3. Be sure the arrow on the flywheel is pointing at the LOWER bolt hole of the ign. module
(the arrow will be easier to see when using a flashlight)

The P/N for the valve adjustment kit ( FS90R & others) is ( 4180 893 6400 ) which in includes the gasket, sealing ring and the feeler guage.
