How do I remove this? Is it threaded? Left or right hand?
Thanks for your help!

Not threaded. Held on with a bolt down the center. It is keyed on a straight shaft. To remove a lot of penetrating oil and patients or maybe a little heat. As a rule they don't come off very hard.

So what you are saying is that the bolt that holds the blade on is also the bolt that holds the flange on? It is a 3.75" bolt.

that is correct. The blade bolt also holds the blade mount on the shaft.

I find blade bosses respond best to a goo called "Rust Dissolver" which you may or may not be able to get in the States.
It is a thin yellow fluid that goes green when exhausted,'Same story as above, support the engine , put the goo in a jar, slip the jar over the shaft and forget about it for a week.

You might try a long bolt and a two jaw puller.

Soaking in the goo for a week is your best bet or you could break something if you try to force it to soon. Be patient.
