Hello. I have a Honda HRR2168VKA which I'm basically happy with, but once in a while it chugs out and won't start again. I've found that by taking the filter off and disassembling the carburetor and spraying it with carburetor cleaner spray works. I assume it gets dust in there. But yesterday, it wouldn't start again, it would chug for a while and then die and fuel fumes were coming out of the exhaust and then it started to drip gas at the bottom of the carburetor. It's possible I reassembled the carburetor gasket, which is in 3 layers, wrong and also, one of the soft gaskets is somewhat degraded looking. I've ordered a replacement gasket from Plano Power Equipment which has an exploded view: Plano Power Equipment Online Store - Honda GCV160 16100-Z8B-871 (BB75G) Carburetor Assembly.
I'm hoping I can replace it and all will be well. I wonder if there's a clearer diagram available somewhere. And if anyone has any pointers, that will be very much appreciated.
Thanks,
Curtis

I see Robert's post now for the Carburetor Cleaning Job Aid and will follow that from now on. But now I have the gas leaking issue possibly due to damaging the choke side gasket with the wrong carb cleaning fluid. I'll wait on my replacement gaskets and give it a shot.
And here, from Robert again, is an infinitely better exploded view of what I'm dealing with: http://www.lawnmowerforum.com/honda...6vka-ongoing-carb-auto-choke-fuel-issues.html
