Okay, I have had 3-4 HRR216s, one keeper, several fix-and-sell.
The latest is an older K3 model with BBC and throttle control (all my priors have been single speed, Auto Choke, etc.)
So this one is being a bit more problematic.
Prior owner changed out the carb, no idea what else he monkeyed with. Would not run when I bought it for $50.
Got it running, but only at low rpm--advancing the power lever does nothing (moves the linkage, but does not increase engine rpm).
Watched a bunch of YT vids, tried messing with the governor, I can make it over-rev or I can make it under-rev, but I can't make it respond properly to the throttle.
