I have a Honda HRC2163HXA and all of sudden the mower won't turn to the left or the right. It appears that the wheels are locked up when I try and turn it. Any ideas on what faulty part may need to be replaced? Thank you very much for your assistance.

Bad wheel ratchets? Can you push it forward?
