Honda HRB 423. Need a bit of help here. This has the drive clutch not just slipping but not driving. Adjustment has been made to the cable and the plastic cased clutch unit and drive belt looked at. It appears that this unit is slipping and will be a beast to remove, all riveted in. I am wondering if anyone has had any experiance with this problem and could throw some light on it ? Chris.
