i've writing this a couple of times on this forum & no replies.my neighbor gave me a honda harmony h2013sda lawn tractor that doesn't run but motor turns over so not seized. i'm trying to move it but the rear brakes are frozen-up need help,also wuold like to know how to get a repair manual so i can fix it.
If you contact partspak.com they should be able to order you a service manual for that mower. Just call them and give them your engine serial number and model number and they can contact Honda to get you a price on a service manual.
