Hello everybody,

I need help :D
My new lawnmower is not running as expected.
I have used it flawlessly 4 times (4 hours).
Last time I used it, after 30 minutes of running flawlessly, the engine RPM fell and now it's only running at low RPM.
Now, each time I try to start it, it run at very low RPM
It has a Honda GCV145 engine.
The lawnmower is very simple without any throttle lever.

What is weird, if I move the governor with the hand, instead of lowering RPM, it increase RPM.
The governor behavior is inverted.
Is there anyone that can understand what happening?

If you have any idea thanks for your help :)

I'd make sure you're governor spring is still attached properly.

The spring works against the governor so left = faster right = slower
IT is working as it should
Check the adjuster screw , it has probably backed off or fallen out .

Thanks for the replies
Yeah I was confused with the governor, it's clear in my mind now.

The spring seems loose. I will change it and if it's not better I will adjust the governor with the screw.

Thanks again
