Honda 190 compression issue?

I know this is a lawn mower forum but I am posting about a pressure washer. It is a 190cc GC Honda. My problem is that when I run it heats up then if you turn it off then try to restart it will jerk back or just be RELLY hard to pull. Please help thanks -Aidan
 
Are you relieving the pressure by pulling the trigger before trying to start. Most low end pressure washers don't have a soft start feature, so you are trying to pull the pump and motor over and start under full pressure. I have seen some washers that you had to start while pulling the trigger to prevent pressure buildup, otherwise you would never get it started.

Took the cam out and the compression nob was busted along with the spring.
Got a new one runs great!
