As advertised on CL .. This, to me, is unusual, indeed it is 12", not 21" ..Also, it seems to have been a sales "flop" . I think that it was a good idea ..with all my plantings, I need a small trimmer. This, in conjunction with the Simplicity EZ 1644 (another "flop" ) should do the trick..
I felt that this mower was "worn out" , offered $20 (rejected), then $40 , rejected again. Now the owner will try eBay ..maybe at $80 ..we shall see ..
Someone, somewhere is using this mower as his avatar ...It is a Honda, for all the good that that says ...but 30 to 40 years of use and neglect ....New parts are a problem .. overly expensive .. and hard to find .. I might give this another 20 days and make another offer of $40 ...
This 12" unit does use a single tube push / controls handle which is connected to the engine and deck ..The starter rope is enclosed as are the shut off wires and switch ..really nice ..A blade brake is used , its really "built" ..The deck is aluminum , or an alloy...
A trim mower, at best ..or a postage stamp sized lawn ..
