I would check all the safety switches and wiring making sure they are working proper. Sounds like you have one or more safeties not working. Wire them back in, as in new condition. Do NOT bypass them.

thats why i am looking for a wire diagram i have two wires i cant find there match like i said the mice went crazt under the dash

mower is real clean jus shreaded wires from hell

Depending upon how old that mower is it could have been made by AYP, Murray , Noma, MTD
All f them use different wiring colour codes and all of them have several variations on the wiring
So we need to know the actual model number off the tag under the seat and the serial number would not hurt either .
