What is the torque specs for re-torquing the head after replacement of blown head gasket

I looks like the torque spec has recently changed. the new torque spec is 250 in/lb. with torque tightened in thirds. Start at bottom center, then top center, below spark plug, then top right, bottom right, top left, bottom left, then above spark plug.
