I have a Briggs And stratton 4HP push mower, it was under water in a flood, Its been cleaned out new oil, New carburetor, New Coil, New Plug, Fresh Gas, Starts But Wont run How ever it will run it you rock it back and fourth, or keep pushing the primer bulb, Im thinking compression But Would it run at all with low compression ?
