Have you had experience with green grass paint? Good? Bad? Dangerous?

My neighbor just told me about grass paint. He uses it when dog urine kills in spots or when there's a poorly watered area or excessive shade. It looks okay. Have you had experience with green grass paint? Good? Bad? Dangerous?

they use it here when there are droughts. Companies come in and spray the whole yard. The better stuff is mineral based, non-toxic, and doesn't do more damage to the lawn. BUT -- I have no idea how anyone could answer your question accurately if you don't provide a brand and product ID for it. Your question is sort of like me saying, "A friend takes a pill when he hurts, and does anyone know if they are safe, can I take one, and what are possible side effects?"
