toro 4220 42" cut V-twin As I was saying if I stop for more then ! min it kill the grass under the motor from the heat. I call Toro there told me that it doesn't kill the grass just turn's it brown.

It is a common problem with ZTR's with under chassis mufflers .
Solutions are to get & fit a heat shield that sits at least 1" from the muffler
And / or fit a discharge pipe that points up or even a standpipe like on a real tractor
