Repairs Hard to Accelerate part 2

Talked to a Sears rep and he said it sounds as if the lever or rod that attaches to the rear of trans axle that allows mower to be pushed freely when engine is not running is n not fully seated, told ne to look in my owners manual for that lever and push it all the way in. Went to owners manual and no help. Anyone!

I had a problem where the two bolts that hold the rear from moving in a vertical position came out. In turn the rear would twist and cause the forward/reverse pedel to be had and the belt would eventuly pop off. Sears is aware of this problem and replaced my tractor for free!
