Stored mower for about 10 years. Ran fuel out. Stored in dry barn. Now no spark. Installed new ignition module. New spark plug. Wire brushed magnets on flywheel. Very very weak spark. What am I missing?

get a screw driver, preferably the largest one you have, and see how close you can get it to the flywheel magnets before it starts pulling it.
the magnets generally should also be able to hold the screwdriver by themselves against the flywheel. and are you sure you installed the coil correctly, they're usually marked with "This side out" or "cylinder (Cyl) side"
