Has anyone ever successfully purchased from them? I've tried contacting GXI for the last two weeks - phone, website form, and email.
No response, 1/5 BBB reviews, not even a human recording on the phone tree. No returns, no refunds, buyer is responsible for any shipping issues, and I'm trying to get a part from them.
Before I give up on that, I wonder if anyone here has dealt with them.
