Replaced carb last year and now this fuel overflow, I have no idea what is going on. Another thing is the engine wants to stall and cut off going up a small incline. I am pulling my hair out now. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Ben

first tap on the carb bowl with a wrench or something to try to knock the float free and see if that stops the leak , if not rebuild the carb focusing on the float needle and seat
