Hello all, new guy here, my gtx1054 has a 4 place fuse block, third space from the top is empty, is this normal or did I loose a fuse? bought mower second hand and it came with electrical tape over fuses I had an issue earlier and removed the tape and didn't replace it. If fuse is missing what do I replace it with amperage wise. looked at the wireing diagram but no help there, Thanks for Any and all help.

Sounds like you have power steering model.
Can't tell which fuse as you would trace the wires but likely it the one for the stator(alternator) which would be a 30A. If you are able the start and drive the mower. Operator manual does not show the fuse block.
Normally according the schematic there is 2 ea 40a, 1 ea 30a and 1 each 20A
