Can anyone provide me the part number of the bolt in the picture with the cotter pin? It's where the D-clips from the snowthrower attachment attaches, but on one side the bolt is missing.

How about the model number of the snow thrower? Can not find the part without knowing where to look.

I only remember two mounts like that, seems they were part of a mounting kit for the blades, blowers, etc back then.
The numbers I come up with were M96916, and M133167, they looked the same but were different sizes, maybe the attached will help -
