GT20A Command 20 Charging issue

Hello people have a question for yall. For some time now I have had my charging light on and paid it very little attention till this year cause it wouldnt start. Tried to charge it manually with no luck so I replace the battery and began to test. No Voltage increase from static at the battery. Went to the stator got the 35ish VAC I should get. Next was the regulator got 10 amps dc out and 14ish volts dc. Mind you that I unplugged two connectors to test these two parts. Cleaned the connections and reassembled. That was the easy part. Im now getting a charge to the battery but the funny part is that the dang light is still on. Charging diagram shows no Light. Any guidance would be much appreciated!

As stated above the diagram, the diagram doesnt even show a light. Its a CH20. I have the manual. Thats why Im asking for help. Thanks
