Repairs Gravely 5665 with k301 engine

I ahve a Gravely 5665 with a K301 engine and a Carter #26 carburetor ....i purchase a new carb and it does not have a breathing tube fitting as the old one did ...is this the wrong carb or is there a re-fit for the breathing tube????
 
there is no marking on the carb other than the number 26 .....the issue is the fitting is on the original on for a breathing tube but no fitting on the new one
 
A photo would help...but, I think that the original carburetor didn't have a primer bulb on it hence atmospheric vent tube was installed. Maybe the new carb is set up for a primer bulb?
