Might be a dumb question but would a granulated weed killer/preventer be more efficient than a liquid weed killer/preventer throughout a rock landscaping?

granular is slow release, more commonly used for pre emergent where as a wet application is more aggressive and generally used for post emergent stuff.
get rid of the weeds then use granular. that's what I'd do depending on your landscape conditions and spacing of plants
