Did a forum search and didn't find a reference to Google Earth Pro. May be that I missed it in my search but I thought Id throw it out there.
I was trying to estimate the size of my yard and found that Google Earth Pro has a function that will calculate any area you select in a couple of different measures. I selected acres and found what I wanted to know. It is a freebie download. Hope this isn't old news.
