Disconnected the seat sensor on my Toro Timecutter MX series and the arms will not turn the mower left or right. How do I fix that?

That is because the brake module will not release the parking brake unless you are in the seat.
Usually it will not start without the seat switch closed .
If you persist doing this then the brake racks will break apart .
While I have little time for all of the safety features fitted to mowers and believe idiots should be allowed to suffer the consequences of their actions thus loose fingers , hands . feet etc, the only feature that actually protects others is the seat switch which should never be disconnected .
Some of them might need to be modified by removing a litle of the plunger if they are too sensitive for mowing very rough ground way too fast no valid reason to ever dissable one.
