I have a speedy hoe model 352 and was wondering if some one could tell me where I could get paets. I am needing the rod that goes from the air vane to the carb linkage. or if anyone knows the dimensions I could make one.

Take your engine model numbers to any good repair shop and they should be able to get that linkage for you.
