I searched for a hedge trimmer that not only cuts bushes and shrubs but collects the clippings as you go. The only thing I have found is this "Garden Groomer Pro" which is a great concept but just seems to gimmicky to me and to a lot of people who own them judging by the reviews. I was just wanting to know if any of you use this machine or know of a similar product that cuts and collects clippings while trimming bushes and hedge? Either or let me know what you think or what you have found.

I've never seen that before. For a homeowner it looks pretty neat! I wouldn't use it commercially though unless they made a gas option of it.

The only problem I see with it is that your limited to how much you can take off at a time. like you said For a homeowner it would be ok but for commercial it's to time consuming.

What I find to be time consuming is the clean up process. Cutting is not the problem. As I cut the bushes or shrubs every 6-8 weeks. So I'm not taking a large amount off. You just end up with a lot of leaves on the ground. And when you're cutting 60-80 bushes or shrubs per house it seems as if it would save time if I could collect the clippings as I go. As opposed to laying down bed sheets or tarps to collect the clippings as they fall for every bush. I would just like to see a product that could do this efficiently and really revolutionize the way we cut hedges and bushes.
